Hey, Tumblr! Been a while…Lately I’m making a little fewer photographs and a little more pretty, shiny, wearables. Like these amber rings with fossil inclusions.
I’m also prepping for a grand adventure with my love and will return to making more photographs, especially on our trip out to the West Coast. Brap brap. Stay tuned.
A little preview of a collaborative project I’ve been working on with Trev! Stay tuned for a website full of amazing vegan meals prepared by Kait Misheff! And styling help from Lane! Our texturizer.
A few of my favorite things…
The antique market in Paris was full of so many treasures, almost all of the conversation I could manage the entire time Steff and I were walking around was “Oooh,” and “Ahhhh,” and “Wow, look at this!”
Some of my favorites were the incredibly detailed embroidered items and the delicate lace wedding dresses. The photo of the dresses doesn’t really do them justice, yet seeing them in person made me go from a “doesn’t really care much about weddings” sort of girl to wishing I had a reason to buy one of them. Items like these really make me ponder about the person who created them and the amount of work and care they put into it.
The amber hatpin is a gift I purchased for my sister, who has always had a penchant for decorative, early 20th century fashions.
And lastly, though not fashion related per-say, I have to share with fellow coffee lovers this beauty of an espresso machine. I imagine it was an extravagance to have.
Until next time!
